Do I need design experience?: No. Our curriculum is built for absolute beginners. You’ll start with principles, not software complexity.
Which software do you teach?: We use Figma and Adobe Illustrator for most exercises and show Affinity Designer equivalents where helpful.
How long does it take to finish?: Most beginners finish the core track in 6–8 weeks at 4–6 hours per week. You can go faster or slower—your plan is saved.
Is there a certificate?: Yes. You’ll receive a completion certificate after submitting the required projects and passing the final review.
Can I get feedback on my projects?: Yes. Peer reviews are included and mentor feedback is available in selected tracks.
What is your refund policy?: We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content. Contact support for help.
Do I keep access after finishing?: You retain access to the course materials and updates for at least one year from enrollment.
Are the lessons captioned?: Yes. All videos include English captions and downloadable transcripts for accessible learning.
Can I use the projects in my portfolio?: Absolutely. The briefs are designed to produce portfolio-ready work and include guidance on presenting your process.
